Parts Usage Tracking
Borg Fleet accurately tracks and plans parts inventory requirements so your maintenance staff always has the parts it needs at the right time. Ensuring maintenance work is not delayed because parts are out of stock eliminates expensive job wait time and/or rush shipping fees. In addition, accurate maintenance scheduling and parts usage data eliminates the need for costly over-stocking of parts.
Automated Quote and Purchase Orders
Through integration with Borg Fleet's Work Order Management function, parts usage is automatically tracked and you are notified when additional parts need to be ordered. Quotes can be seamlessly generated and sent to suppliers to select the best pricing available. Once a quote is received, a purchase can be generated and immediately sent to the selected supplier for order fulfillment.
Automatic Part Assignment and Cost Tracking
Borg Fleet greatly simplifies the maintenance process by applying its Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) to learn your parts requirements based on previously completed maintenance tasks. Parts are automatically recommended for the completion of each task or users can also create templates with a list of required parts for each task assigned to a particular model. In addition, reports are available to accurately track the parts costs for each asset and/or or model.
Minimizing parts expenses requires maintaining minimum inventory levels while still having all the parts you need when they are required.
